Welcome! I am Joana, a photographer and author.

I created the Storyteller's Photo Guide Series because I believe the best way to truly connect with a place is through its visuals and its stories. I wanted to offer something different from conventional guidebooks – companions that fuse my deep passion for landscape photography with engaging, atmospheric travel narratives. 

In each book, you'll follow the adventures of fictional photographer Joana (well, yes, I do admit she is a bit like me…)  and her chaotic but very much loveable companion Brian as they explore breathtaking countries with their cameras.
